From huddle rooms to executive boardrooms, Next2IT designs and delivers complete collaboration environments. We do not just install video equipment; we plan the space, specify and fit the AV, integrate the platform and train your team, so every room works reliably from day one.
What we deliver
Microsoft Teams Rooms. As certified Teams Rooms specialists we deploy MTR systems with Yealink, Logitech, Poly and Lenovo hardware, with touch panels, intelligent cameras, professional audio and one-touch join integrated with Microsoft 365.
Zoom and multi-platform. We deploy Zoom Rooms and multi-platform spaces that work across Teams, Zoom, Webex and Google Meet, so users join any meeting with a consistent experience.
Professional AV. Commercial-grade displays, projectors, professional audio, wireless presentation, lighting control and tidy cable management, installed to a professional standard.
Displays and acoustics. Commercial displays from Samsung, LG and Sony rather than consumer TVs, plus acoustic treatment and video-optimised lighting so participants look and sound their best.
Room booking. Integration with Microsoft 365 Room Finder, scheduling panels and occupancy sensors for real-time availability, automated check-in and usage analytics.
Right-sized for every space
We design around how your teams actually work, with equipment matched to each room size:
- Huddle rooms (2 to 4 people). A single 32 to 55 inch display, soundbar or compact speakerphone, and bring-your-own-device connectivity, with optional MTR or Zoom Rooms integration. Equipment: Yealink MeetingBar A10/A20, Logitech Rally Bar Mini, Poly Studio USB and a compact wall-mounted control tablet.
- Small meeting rooms (6 to 8 people). Single or dual 55 to 65 inch displays, intelligent cameras with auto-framing, ceiling or tabletop microphones with echo cancellation, wireless presentation and integrated room control, certified for Teams or Zoom. Equipment: Yealink MeetingBar A30/A40, Logitech Rally Bar, Poly Studio X50, with Crestron or Logitech touch panels.
- Medium conference rooms (10 to 14 people). Dual or large 65 to 85 inch displays, PTZ cameras with speaker tracking, ceiling microphone arrays with beamforming, professional DSP audio and dual-content sharing. Equipment: Logitech Rally Plus, Poly Studio X70, Yealink MVC systems with UVC86 camera, Shure MXA910 ceiling arrays and Crestron control.
- Large boardrooms (16+ people). Multiple displays or video walls, multiple PTZ cameras with presets, full-table ceiling microphone arrays, advanced DSP, multi-source wireless presentation, recording and enterprise control. Equipment: Crestron Mercury or Poly systems, Logitech Rally with multiple cameras, Shure MXA or Biamp ceiling arrays and 85 inch-plus displays.
- Training rooms and lecture spaces. Multiple displays, presenter and audience cameras, wireless microphones for Q&A, interactive displays, and recording or streaming with learning-management-system integration.
- Specialist spaces. Touch-down areas with wireless presentation, acoustic phone booths for private calls, and creative studios with professional lighting, green screens and broadcast-quality audio.

We are vendor-agnostic and recommend equipment by requirement, room size and budget:
- Microsoft Teams Rooms certified partners. We deploy MTR-certified hardware from Yealink, Logitech, Poly, Lenovo and Crestron, covering system design, licensing (Teams Rooms Standard and Premium), device provisioning, Conditional Access and Microsoft 365 integration.
- Yealink, our primary MTR partner, across the MeetingBar A10/A20/A30/A40 all-in-ones, MVC300/500/800/900 modular systems and UVC86/84/40 PTZ cameras, offering strong value and reliability.
- Logitech, for premium image quality, with Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini, full modular Rally systems, and AI features such as RightSight framing, RightSound and RightLight, plus Tap controllers.
- Poly, for class-leading audio, with the Studio X30/X50/X70 series and NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence technologies for difficult acoustics.
- Commercial displays from Samsung, LG and Sony, with extended warranties, high brightness, 24/7 ratings and RS232 or IP control, not consumer TVs.
- Audio processing and DSP for larger rooms from Shure (MXA310/MXA710/MXA910 arrays), Biamp Tesira, Crestron and QSC Q-SYS.
MTR licensing runs at roughly £12 to £15 per room per month for Teams Rooms Standard and £35 to £40 for Premium, with no per-user or per-meeting charges.

Frequently asked questions
Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) is a complete, certified room solution for Teams. Unlike laptop-based setups, MTR provides dedicated compute, one-touch join from the room calendar, native Teams integration, content sharing from the room system and a consistent experience across every space. MTR rooms are centrally managed through the Teams admin centre for monitoring, analytics and remote management, making them ideal for Microsoft 365 organisations wanting standardised, professionally deployed rooms.
A standard small room with a Yealink MeetingBar and single display typically takes 1 to 2 days including installation, configuration, testing and training. Medium conference rooms take 2 to 3 days, and large boardrooms with multiple displays, PTZ cameras, ceiling microphones and control systems may take 3 to 5 days. From initial consultation through to completion, most single rooms take 2 to 4 weeks including design, procurement and installation. We work outside business hours where needed.
Each has strengths. Yealink offers excellent value, a comprehensive MTR portfolio and reliable performance, and is our most common recommendation. Logitech provides premium design, exceptional image quality and AI features like RightSight framing. Poly excels in audio with NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence technologies, ideal for challenging acoustics or where voice clarity matters most. We are vendor-agnostic and recommend based purely on your priorities for budget, image quality, audio and aesthetics.
MTR requires a Microsoft licence per room: Teams Rooms Standard at roughly £12 to £15 per room per month for basic features, or Teams Rooms Premium at roughly £35 to £40 per room per month for advanced management, analytics and support. There are no per-user or per-meeting charges, as the room licence covers unlimited usage. Beyond licensing, consider hardware warranties, optional managed services and periodic firmware updates, which we can manage for you.
Possibly. Existing commercial-grade displays with HDMI inputs can often be reused, though consumer TVs typically lack the longevity, control interfaces and reliability needed for business use. We assess your equipment during consultation. Where displays are suitable we integrate them to save cost, but we usually recommend commercial displays with proper warranties and RS232 or IP control, and complete MTR systems where everything needs to work together under warranty.
Yes, comprehensive user training is included with every installation. We cover starting meetings with one-touch join, sharing content wirelessly and via cable, adjusting camera and audio settings, and using touch panels and room controls. We provide quick-reference cards for each room, admin documentation for IT, and video tutorials via QR codes in the room, plus refresher sessions when you onboard new staff.
